The joints can be manufactured to a specific shape, but they can also be produced in straight lengths.

Some of these straight-length joints can be deformed to follow a non-rectilinear path.

There are several families of standards, such as ASNA or NSA.
The materials used are generally standard materials in accordance with NFL17-250, ABR4-0080 or ABR9-0142.

Sealicone sealing solutions for the aerospace industry are designed to withstand all types of stress, whether environmental or functional.

Resistance to environmental stress

Seals must be able to withstand extreme temperatures, fluids likely to be sprayed (skydrol, fuel oil, de-icing, etc.),
sand and dust splashes, mold, etc. We test our seals according to the test procedures described in the
RTCA DO160, ABD0031, FAR25853 or MIL-STD-810 standards.

Resistance to mechanical stress

Gaskets must also withstand mechanical stresses such as abrasion, pressurization, severe deformation, etc.

Standard joint families

There are families of standard gaskets that can be manufactured in straight lengths and shaped
(ASNA, ABS, NSA...).

Custom design and co-development

When a bespoke design is required, we work in collaboration with your technical teams to design the
joint that will guarantee compliance with all these constraints, weight optimization, aerodynamic performance contributing to aircraft sobriety,
and safety.

Integration, maintenance and MRO

Sealicone seals are installed either during aircraft assembly by OEM subcontractors,
