Sealicone was created in 2014 from the meeting between an aeronautical sealing expert and a North of France industrialist keen to develop his group in the aeronautical sector.

These sealings are mainly made from silicones reinforced with various textiles offering resistance to fire, friction and contaminants.
Silicone is the preferred elastomer for aeronautical sealings thanks to its very wide thermal operating range (-55°C to +250°C).Hydrogen sealing: fuel cells, electrolyzers.
We have industrial facilities capable of manufacturing very fine seals to tolerances of the order of 0.03 mm.Plastic parts: single-material or bi-material injection.
Our modern machines can handle specific techniques such as blow molding for complex containers.Metal parts: sheet metal, tube processing, springs, injection molds, jigs...
