Our fleet of 30 electric presses, ranging from 200 to 1,200 tons, enables us to produce parts of any size.
Our workshop is equipped with a controlled-atmosphere chamber. As a result, we serve a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, leisure, automotive, and aerospace.
The aerospace industry demands extreme mechanical and thermal performance. That is why our workshop specializes in processing the full range of thermoplastics:
– Materials with high mechanical properties: PEEK, PEI, PPS.
– Cabin components: PC, ABS, and materials that comply with fire, smoke, and toxicity standards (FST: Flame Smoke Toxicity).
We handle everything from the design phase—carried out by our engineering department (rheology)—through to the potential integration of the injection-molded components into an assembly.
