Sealicone was born from the alliance of an aeronautical sealing expert and an industrialist with a passion for developing high-performance technical solutions. Since 2014, we've been putting our know-how to work for demanding industries, specializing in the sealing and manufacture of complex components.

Range of sealing products and specialized components
Sealicone offers a diverse range of products, from sealing solutions to injected plastic parts, as well as high-quality technical and textile assemblies. Each product is designed to meet the specific requirements of the industry, whether in terms of precision, strength or durability.
Aeronautical sealing
(canopy, doors, landing gear, bunkers, radome...)
These seals are mainly made from silicones reinforced with various textiles to give the joints different properties: resistance to fire/smoke/toxicity, resistance to tearing, resistance to friction, resistance to contaminants.
Silicone is an elastomer with a very wide thermal operating range (from -55°C to +250°C), making it the elastomer of choice for aeronautical seals.
Hydrogen tightness
(fuel cells, electrolyzers)
Sealicone has an industrial tool capable of manufacturing very thin gaskets with tolerances of the order of 0.03mm. This tooling is adapted to mass production and to materials specific to hydrogen sealing, where the atom is one of the smallest.
Plastic parts
(single- or dual-material injection)
Our machinery consists of modern, high-performance electric presses. Injection blow molding techniques have been mastered, enabling us to produce containers that cannot be injected using traditional methods. Our environmentally-controlled rooms are used to produce parts for the medical and food sectors.
Metal parts
(sheet metal work, tube processing, springs, design and machining of injection and thermoforming molds, cutting and fitting jigs, etc.).
A wide range of production equipment enables us to choose the process best suited to your products and the quantities required:
High-speed machining center, digital machining table, digital bending and folding machines, laser cutting, welding, stamping, paint booth. All this equipment enables us to produce single products or large series, or even assemblies: prototypes, installation jigs, inspection jigs, injection molds, thermoforming molds, thermocompression molds.
Textile products
(straps, bungee cords, braids, ropes, nets...)
We have managed to maintain French production thanks to our high-performance tools. Wide weaving, narrow weaving, knitting and braiding are all processes we have mastered and used for over 200 years.
All sectors use textile products:
- The consumer sector, with headlamp elastics, shoulder straps, bungee cords, ropes, nets...
- The luxury sector with ribbons.
- The military sector, with release and parachute straps.
- The transport sector with tie-down straps.
Manufacturing
An entire department is dedicated to integrating all these products, assembling them and producing complete assemblies: harnesses, bags, protective equipment, seats, etc.

Training
Expertise and Commitment to Waterproofing
Another option is to integrate expertise into your company.
Sealicone can train your staff in seal design rules. This training will enable you to take into account the specific features of seals upstream, and optimize their design and performance.
Seals are the result of functional specifications and an environment. All too often, the specific features and constraints associated with sealing joints are not taken into account until it's too late, which can lead to complex, cumbersome, inefficient sealing and the need to modify the environment.
Training your staff in the design rules for watertight joints helps to raise awareness of the need to take watertightness constraints into account.
This training course enables our customers to capitalize on their experience in waterproofing by integrating this know-how.
