Protecting flight control equipment is essential to ensuring data reliability and, consequently, the safety of the aircraft, flight crew, and passengers.
There are many types of equipment: Pitot tubes, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, and communication antennas. This equipment is exposed to significant stress during flight, but also on the ground.
It is precisely to protect this equipment on the ground from impacts, ice, and moisture that we manufacture custom-made protective covers made of red silicone or polyurethane with flaps connected by a cord to ensure that the cover is removed during use.
These protective measures are designed to enable:
- quick installation,
- resistance to external factors such as rain, wind, hail, UV rays, and de-icing fluids,
- compatibility with the equipment they protect,
- maximum visibility.
