Flap seal

Flap seals contribute to aircraft stability and performance (fuel consumption, etc.).
Flap seals are positioned between the flaps and the fixed wing.
Flap gaskets are subject to very specific stress, since they rub against the trailing edge of the fixed wing over a long distance.
Silicone gaskets are therefore reinforced with textile, in particular to ensure easy sliding and long service life.
