Sealicone was created through the combination of aerospace sealing expertise and industrial manufacturing know-how. Since 2014, we have supported demanding industries with high-performance technical solutions, specializing in sealing systems and complex component manufacturing.

A Complete Range for Your Requirements
Sealing solutions and specialized components
Sealicone offers a diversified product range covering sealing systems, injection-molded plastic parts, technical assemblies and high-performance textile products. Each solution is designed to meet demanding industrial requirements for precision, strength and durability.
Aerospace Sealing
(wings, doors, landing gear, cargo holds, radomes…)
These sealing systems are mainly manufactured from silicone reinforced with different textiles to provide properties such as fire/smoke/toxicity resistance, tear resistance, abrasion resistance and contaminant resistance.
Silicone offers a very wide operating temperature range, typically from -55°C to +250°C, making it particularly suitable for aerospace sealing applications.
Hydrogen Sealing
(fuel cells, electrolyzers)
Sealicone has industrial equipment capable of manufacturing very thin sealing components with tolerances around 0.03 mm. The process is suitable for serial production and for materials specifically selected for hydrogen sealing applications.
Plastic Components
(single-material or bi-material injection molding)
Our production equipment includes modern electric injection presses. We also master specialized processes such as blow molding for complex hollow components. Controlled-environment production areas support applications in sectors such as medical, food and advanced industry.
Metal Components
(sheet metal, tube forming, springs, injection and thermoforming molds, cutting and assembly fixtures…)
A broad range of production capabilities enables us to select the process best suited to the product and required volumes.
Our equipment includes high-speed machining centers, CNC machining tables, press brakes, CNC tube bending, laser cutting, welding, forming and paint facilities. These capabilities support prototypes, one-off parts, serial production, assembly fixtures, inspection fixtures and tooling for injection molding, thermoforming and thermocompression.
Technical Textiles
(webbing, bungee cords, braids, ropes, nets…)
Our production expertise covers wide and narrow weaving, knitting and braiding, using industrial methods developed over many years.
Technical textile products are used across many sectors:
- Consumer applications including elastic straps, cords and nets.
- Luxury applications including specialized tapes and ribbons.
- Defense applications including parachute and airdrop webbing.
- Transport applications including load-restraint webbing.
Textile Manufacturing
A dedicated manufacturing team integrates these products into complete assemblies such as harnesses, bags, protective equipment and seats.

We are both a designer and a manufacturer.
We can manufacture standard or custom products from your drawings, or develop a specific solution from your technical requirements.
Build to Print: you provide your drawings and we manufacture the products exactly to your definition.
Build to Spec: you provide your technical specification and we develop a solution that meets its requirements, including the qualification documentation needed to validate product compliance.

Training

Another option is to bring sealing expertise directly into your organization.
Sealicone offers training for your teams on sealing-system design rules. This helps engineers account for sealing constraints early in the development process and optimize both design and performance.
A sealing solution is the result of both a functional specification and its operating environment. Sealing constraints are often considered too late, which can lead to complex, heavy or inefficient solutions and require costly changes to surrounding structures.
